Here’s Wino’s Grammy performance live from London (thanks to US Immigration). She still belted out a little ‘Rehab’ despite the fact that that’s exactly where she’s been. What the fuck? Wouldn’t you be embarrassed to sing it? And at the Grammys of all places?
Wino took out five Grammys this year - Best Pop Vocal Album, Best Female Pop Vocal Performance, Best New Artist, Song of the Year and Record of the Year.
After Amy Winehouse received a big fat ‘DENIED’ stamp trying to get her American visa, it looked like she would not be performing at this year’s Grammys. HOWEVER. Thanks to the geniuses behind the Grammys, Wino will now be performing via satellite.
Does that seem a touch excessive to anyone else? Are there no other artists who can perform at the Grammys?
This is what her publicist had to say when she got rejected…
“Amy has been progressing well since entering a rehabilitation clinic two weeks ago and although disappointed with the decision, has accepted the ruling and will be conentrating on her recovery.”
It’s finally happened. Amy Winehouse has been checked into rehab! Amy apparently checked herself in after her father told her that her family had been looking into getting her sectioned under the Mental Heath Act.
Universal Music had this to say:
“Amy decided to enter the facility today after talks with her record label, management, family and doctors. She has come to understand that she requires specialist treatment to continue her ongoing recovery from drug addiction.”
Well, I am shocked! I did NOT see this coming at all. Winehouse? Drugs? Preposterous!
I don’t know what we did before the days of YouTube and invasive celebrity video. I really don’t.
Our favourite crack whore, Amy Winehouse has been caught on tape smoking crack and admitting to having just taken 6 valium.I like the fact that Wino says ‘crack’ just before she smokes it. Almost like when you’re playing with a baby and you point things out to them. ‘Look…puppy!’

Amy Winehouse was found wondering down the street in the wee hours of Sunday morning wearing nothing but her jeans and her bra. And while I think she’s a nutcase and think she’s even more fucked up than Pete Doherty – which is saying a lot by the way – you have to admit, she has a great rack! Sure, she’s got more eyeliner on her face than a MAC counter and is constantly disoriented and crying but you can’t deny the rack.
Good God, Amy Winehouse has crossed the line from being fug to being borderline Rumer Willis ugly. You all know how I feel about Rumer and that chin of hers that’s possibly bigger than the Hollywood sign…TBC.
Moving on, Amy is looking A LOT like Grumpy from the Seven Dwarfs wouldn’t you say?
