Well this is an interesting move from young Dominic Monaghan. The actor, who was killed off Lost much to my ‘throw the nearest object at the TV and scream obscenities’ disappointment, has decided he’s going on the hunt to find the world’s largest spider, the Hercules Baboon spider. Sounds made up already.
“I’m going there, hopefully with a crew of people, to catch the largest spider on the planet. It’s called the Hercules Baboon Spider. This thing is way bigger than a dinner plate, any way bigger than anything else that’s out there right now. We don’t know how poisonous the spider is, we don’t know whether it jumps. It’s all uncharted territory. If we find it, we’ll be in the Guinness Book of Records.”
Well, good luck to you Dom. I personally wouldn’t be caught dead looking a spider…in fact, I would probably end up dead if I did!
