Hollywood nutcase, Gary Busey came running up to Ryan Seacrest on the redcarpet while he’s trying to interview Jennifer Garner and yells out “You! I’ve been looking for you for years!” then goes and kisses Jennifer Garner on the neck.
Jennifer just turns to Ryan and says “Aren’t you going to ask me about getting kissed on the neck by that man?”
